Scarf help needed..Does anyone know how to make the scarfs that look like long pieces of ribbon?
My mother and I went to a craft show and she saw these scarfs that looked like they were just long pieces of ribbon, they were not knitted it just looked like a whole bunch of string or ribbon cut and put together. I wish I would of taken a pic but didn't. My mom says they are what all the ladies at work are wearring and I was hoping I could make one. If you have any info please help.

does it look like this one?
Here's a different scarf, with a tutorial. http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=24510.0 I think the sulky paper is a water soluble stabilizer.

God Bless America!
