I want to make a quiet book for my son. I don't have a sewing machine, but am hoping to get one for christmas. If you have made one, what age was your child and when did they outgrow it? How long did it take to make it? Any suggestions or ideas? Any ideas on ways I could make one without sewing? Here is a link if you don't know what one is.

  • That looks like a lot of work but it looks fun.  I have a ton of extra fabric pieces that would be great for that.  When I get a chance I'll make one and post some pics for you.

  •  I should have read your post better before replying.  To make one without a sewing machine you could use fabric glue or some other type of fabric adhesive.  Go to the fabric store and take a picture of it and ask them what they think would be the easiest way.  They are usually really helpful to me.

  • we have a quiet book for ella but didn't make it, we inherited it from a family member after their daugther outgrew it. My daugther loved it, but she has now outgrown it at 3 years old
