For my brother in law, I am making a set of homemade seasonings/ rubs... looking for some good recipes, does anyone have any?

I plan on getting some small bottles, mostlyikely spice bottles and just wrap 3 or 4 together.

Good Eats (a show starring Alton Brown) has great recipes for rubs and whatnot. Check the Website: http://www.foodnetwork.com/good-eats/index.html

Look for episodes involving meats, barbecue, and smoking.
