I have a sewing machine. I have NO IDEA how to use it. The thread always seems too loose. I don't know what to do. Please help!

We moved in May. So, I will have to unpack it to show you a pic or get the model. Ugh. I have had it for a while, three years or so. It has spent most of it's life in a box. :(

Most likely you need to adjust your tension. If  you do not have a handbook for it go online to the co. that made your machine and you may be able to get one for it throguh them. My DH bought me a new one a few years back so I could do some quilting and like a dummy I sat reading my handbook and laid it on top of the newspapers. Put more newspapers on it and threw it away with the papers. By the time I realized what I had done they were gone with the trash.

I got online and they sent me a copy of my book . No charge either.

Your handbook will tell you how to adjust both the upoper and bobbin tensuion.
