Thank you so much for the idea. I love making those but never thought of making them into suckers. I just got done making chocolate suckers for my dd's class.

when my older son was in Kindergarten, I made little bears for each kid in the class, out of 2 pieces of white felt, whip stitched around the edges, stuffed with stuffing from a fabric store and a little symble of the holiday glued on the tummy, like a red felt heart for Valentine's

I traced onto white posterboard a bear-shaped cookie cutter for the pattern

I figured there were so many sweets, they didn't need more and this was something they could keep awhile and remember the day 

BTW the suckers look really neat

Those are super cute. I wanted to make some chocolates for my dd's preschool but we arent alowed to bring in homemade goods

Those are very cute!  I also wish I could make stuff for my son's class, but noooo it has to be storebought.
