EASY GHOST COOKIES
Ingredients:
12 oz. vanilla-flavored almond bark, cut into pieces
1 (1lb.) pkg. oblong peanut butter-filled sandwich cookies. (I use Nutter Butter)
4 tsp. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Melt candy coating in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
2. Holding cookie with tongs, dip entire cookie in melted coating, letting excess drip off. Lay cookie flat, on waxed paper lined cookie sheets. Place 2 chocolate chips on the coated cookie to form eyes. Let stand about 30 minutes or until set.
