Personalized chocolate bar wrappers

I wanted to know if anyone has made their own personalized chocolate wrappers before. I have looked at sites and I can't find anything like, soI wanted to do my own. If anyone has any advice or suggestion, please and thank. Thanks in advance.

I did at one time... long time ago... I forget the site I used for the basic layout which i then used with Publish It! clipart, fonts etc... but you could check out...

For some of the table decorations for my wedding, we just wrapped pretty printed labels around Hershey's minis.

we printed our own on really nice paper then used double sided tape so you couldnt see it they looked great!! and were so cheap!
