My husband is stationed at fort carson and we live in colorado springs. He is 25 and very outgoing to the point where he sometimes seems annoying because he talks so much and plays around so much, he likes to play pool, poker and occasionally golf, he likes to drink when he is able, and he speaks his mind. I am 25, a stay at home mom, and his complete opposite. I am very quiet at first to the point where friends have said I came across as sort of rude because I am so quiet in the beginning, I may have a couple drinks but dont drink to get drunk, I am not very picky and am willing to be flexible when deciding with others what to do or where to eat, I do like to go out and have a real good time once in a while but have not done so since having my daughter. I am not really the girly girl type but I do get a manicure everynow and then but im just not into the whole take 2 hours doing hair and makeup and picking just the right cute outfit to go out I do dressup but keep it simple.
I am looking for someone to go out and do things with just the girls at first and when my husband returns from Iraq in March I would like to do couple things. This is stricktly platonic, there are so many out there who are looking to swing or what ever and that is not what I am looking for and it is completely out of the question. We are not into drugs and are not looking to bring that around.

LOL that was quite an intro! I am Lyndsey and we don't do drugs nor are we into drugs and we are NOT swingers LMAO. We have a 4 year old little girl and are moving to Fountain very soon. We are from SoCal. I am the opposite of you! I am very out spoken and might be annoying because I will talk to anyone the first second I meet you!

On tuesday, March 2, I am going to be trying out using a babysitter for the first time and plan to go get a mani/pedi while she is at the sitter. On wednesday I would like to try out mystic spray tan, i am fair pale skinned so regular tanning does me little good. On saturday, march 6, I am planning on taking my 2 year old to Mr. Biggs to play in little big town area. Anyone let me know if you are interested in joining me any of these days.
hey im new to ft carson...my husband is stationed here too...i am 20 fixing to be 21 in may and my husband is 21 and we have two kids ages two and three...we dont go out much but i would love some company lol other than from my kids...he just left for all army boxing training so if you would like to get together some day just letme know

I soooo wish I could join you....maybe when I get there? I used to be REALLY outgoing...then I got preggo, left the army, and got big...now I'm not outgoing at all...however my hubby is. :sigh: I would love to get together when we get there...If you're interested....PM me...we would LOVE to have "couple friends" and def. not into swinging lol!
