Brownie Troop In Sioux Falls, SD # 50345 sending "Operation Taste of Home"
OK my husband is in the 1/67 2/4ID and going over seas and I'm my daughter's Brownie leader. The girls would like to do something for the soldiers over seas this holiday and Cookie time. So we came up with Operation Taste of Home. our troop is sealing nuts and candie and asking people to donate a box to the soldiers. and will be sending them out. Plus sending cards and pictures of our troop. It the little things for kids that know what the soldiers are doing over there.
When Cookie time comes in Jan. we will be doing the same.
So if you soldier calls saying they got something from a South Dakota Troop its our troop.
