anyone know a place I can make take prenatal yoga? Preferably in central jersey... Either Monmouth or Middlesex county...

I'm not in that area so I don't know. I do have a couple of good prenatal yoga DVDs I can recommend. I actually got a 4 DVD series from Target that incorporates yoga, aerobics, and weight lifting. Each DVD is tailored to the trimester you are in and the 4Th DVD is a boot-camp style to help you get your body back after baby. I'll double check the name and let you know.

The dvd that I have is Yoga for your pregnancy by the yoga & lamaze journal.

The 4 dvd series is called pregnancy fitness. The other one is just a 45 minute yoga dvd.
