has any tried these from pg 67?

Mine where very bland, might try a little salt and pepper next time. Any suggestions for a seasoning? My daughter ate a few bites so I am willing to give it another try.

Update:

I added sea salt, pepper and paprika, and added an extra Tbl of cheese and they were much yummier!

Thank you for tip! I made these, but I really don't like doing away with good egg yolks. So, I swapped the eggs and whites portions. I thought they took too long to cook but I also just discovered that my oven is off by 50 degrees! smile. The kids didn't really like them. I did and my Mom would. I'll try them again with these additions and adjusting my oven.

We are planning on having them tonight.. I know it is for breakfast but my family loves breakfast for dinner.  Thanks for the heads up about being bland, I may try to spice it up a bit.
