Pumpkin?

hi, i new to the group. i have a 8 month old son, owen, i make my owen baby food and am excited to start using my DD cookbook. i am going to be making pumpkin this weekend and wondered if anyone has subsisted pumpkin puree in any of the recipes and how it turned out?

I used it in a pancake recipe and my little guy loved it. My hubby was not to fond of it but he is not a pumpkin lover. LOL!!!

My boys love the pancakes with pumpkin as well.  I also did french toast with it and that went over just as well!
