"Burgers 2" pg 115

Mine fell apart! They were yummy and the zucchini made them 'sweet', I didn't add the mushrooms. I think I'll add an egg next time to bind them together. I ended up making a 'meat sauce' for spaghetti, crumbling the burgers and adding sweet potato purree to the bottled sauce. Yum!
