This is something I've tweaked to sneak veggies in. And I
love the ease of tossing this in at night and waking up to a warm
breakfast :)
CROCK POT HOT CEREAL
2 cups water
2 cups vanilla soy milk (or milk, but add a little vanilla and brown sugar to taste)
1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 cup barley
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp allspice
1/4 cup orange puree (I've used sweet potato)
combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low overnight.
Ohhh! My kids love oatmeal and hot cereals, I am definitely going to have to try this one. Thanks for sharing!!!

that dose sound good! i wish my lil boy would eat stuff like this.
