but my boys loved them!!! They ate them better than regular old scrambled eggs. I really wasn't sure about them because it seemed like a lot of spinach to add to only 6 eggs but they were surprisingly good. Just thought I would share my positive reaction to what I thought would be the least liked recipe in the book!
I can barely stomach the thought of green eggs! Can't see myself making these. ;) But I am thrilled for you that your boys loved them!
Yeah, my husband had a hard time with them. He wouldn't try them at all and could hardly look at them. Surprisingly they were tasty though. You really couldn't tell here was any spinach in there, well besides the fact that they were VERY green. But that was fun for my boys. We read green eggs and ham afterwards too.
