I just found out the my son may have PDD it is very hard for me to deal with hearing this in a way since I have been told for 2-3yrs now that he was Bi-Polor. Has anyone else been told their child had something else and then found out they have PDD? and if so how are you dealing with it?

It is very possible for him to have BP and PDD.  My Elijah has both.  His diagnostic history goes like this:

3 y.o: ADHD, BP.... 6 y.o SPD, GAD, Receptive Expressive Language Disorder, PDD-NOS, NLD.

His ADHD stuck because it was his first diagnoses.  We are all sure he has BP in his mix still.  Many children have a mix of diagnoses.
