• Hi, my name is Carol and I'm a mother to be!  I'm single and adopting from China.  I will be traveling in February or March '08 to finally bring my daughter Grace home*  I was excited to see that this group exists.  As a first time mom as well, I'll need all the support and advice available! I've read heard a lot of moms speak highly of Eebee and love the concept!

• My name is April and I am a newly single mom to a beautiful 6 month old little girl, Leila Amor.
  
  She goes "gaga" over Eebee- and I don't mind her, at such as young age, watching such a program. I don't believe kids should watch tv constantly and with the programs out there today, there aren't too many that I feel are appropriate for any age really.
  
  Anyway, from Day 1, I knew Eebee would be a keeper. Her father thinks it is ridiculous, but of course he would rather her watch cartoons all day anyway (a totally different group- I know LOL)
  
  I was excited to see Eebee here on CafeMom. I look forward to seeing what others have to say- and by the way- I loved the cake!!

• What a cute picture of your little one! I agree with you about Eebee and TV.  I don't let Kinsley watch most tv shows for kids, and honestly she just isn't interested in them anyway.  But with Eebee, I feel as though the show has helped teach me ways to play and interact with my daughter that I wouldn't have known before.  The show seems to encourage parents to play with there children, which is a plus for me!

  Hi, I am Elizabeth and I am a sthm to Lucas (10 months old). We live just outside of Chicago, IL. Lucas loves Eebee, he dances to the music and likes to mimic what they do. I tried a few other baby shows, but this is the only one he likes. I think it is great and I found it to be so helpful as well when trying to learn how to entertain him. We build pillow mountains all the time! I loved the eebbee cake, we are having an eebee birthday party for him in december and I want to do an eebee cake as well.

• Welcome to the group!  I got the cake made at a custom shop, however I will give you a warning.   I ran into problems with copyright issues when I first tried to get the cake made.  I was originally going to get a picture of Eebee printed onto the cake, but all the major grocery stores around here couldn't do it because they didn't have permission from the company.   They do for most other children characters but not yet Eebee.  My husband (who is very determined) ended up calling the Eebee company and spoke to the President, Stephen Gass.  He was great and emailed us some even better images to use and gave us permission in the email to use the Eebee image for a cake.  We were then able to get a cake made.  If you end up running into the same problem, I wouldn't hesitate to call the company .  They are extremely helpful!!!

• Hi! I am Jacki.  My husband Seth found Eebee on demand when my son was maybe just a month old.  My son Alex is now 2.  He's loved Eebee since day one, and still will stop what he is doing to watch Eebee.
  We were so excited when there was a casting call back in the spring for the latest video tapes.  Alex was taped for one of the episodes, and we can't wait to see him on TV!
  We've had the Eebee doll since it came out, and are interested in the other toys. We are expecting baby #2, and we will definately continue to share Eebee with she/he.  I also run a moms group, and they never heard of Eebee till I introduced them!
  Looking forward about learning about the other moms here. - Jacki

• Hello Everyone, My name is Vanessa and I am a first time mom. My husband and I have a beautiful 12 month old daughter named Imani. I am a stay at home mom and loving every minute of it. I joined the site and group because my daughter just adores Eebee and always has since she was 5 months old. She doesn't like any other shows or programs but Eebee's.  Still don't know whether of not that's a good thing. I joined the group because I joined the Eebee site waiting for the moment the doll will be available and boom I got an email and they mentioned your site and group so here I am. Hope to make new friends. Till then take care girls.

• Hi! My name is Kristina and I am a SAHM to Andrew who is 4 1/2. I just discovered eebee through the FAO catalogue and my son wanted the doll. My son was diagnosed w/ autsim and these movies, I think, will help him understanding everyday life and things that happen. They also keep him interested and that is a challenge. I just got the doll in the mail today and can't wait to give it to him for Xmas. My husband is currently on a deployment and will not be home for the holidays. So, I'm basically a single parent. I am also a full-time college student. As you can tall my plate really is full.....and all of this with no help....except one close friend. I hope that eebee will really help my son with his social skills as well.
  
  Geesh, I am all over the place tonight. That and I just read a post that eebee is on-demand and I haven't yet ordered the movies. I have to get crackin'!!!!
