Bathtime eebee idea to share

hi fellow eebee groupies...happy new year..

We gave Henry the eebee bath doll that we got from B&N on one of the nights of Hanukkah.  What I didn't know when I bought it was that it came with a DVD of the waterplay.  How perfect was that for me to use it with the new Fisher Price portable DVD player that we got them as well. 

I brought the DVD and player into the bathroom at 4pm when I was fresh out of ideas for entertainment for the day since it has been freezing and raining for days and I filled the tub, added kids, and put on the DVD and added the eebee toys and a few cups and spoons and other bath toys and decided to have an early bathtime. 

The kids and I had a BLAST!  They watched the video which was on the portable DVD player on top of the counter and copied what was going on screen with eebee in the water.  They filled water..they poured water...they spashed..they giggled...I joined in from the side of the tub with them and it was refreshing to have a bathtime assistant to help me out.  I actually got to play along with them and regroup at the same time.   Thank you EEBEE!!

I think we'll make an eebee playtime bath a regular part of our week. It was that much fun for them. 

The swim instructor and lifeguard in me has to say this since my post was about a bath...just to be sure to always remember...NEVER LEAVE YOUR KIDS ALONE IN A TUB or WATER without YOUR SUPERVISION...(not even for a second!!!)
