Disney World during Thanksgiving?

 Has anyone gone during Thanksgiving before? How was the weather? How crowded is it?

thats a nice idea,its very nice there during the christmas holidays ,they have fireworks  everynight and a parade as well.

we did epcot during thanksgiving last nov

it was fantastic weather!

a bit crowded, but we are used

to that in LA.

I happen to work there ... Weather is amazing!  Sometimes starts off cool because of the recent years lows of 40s overnights... so .. early mornings, like 60s but by mid day, it is perfect - like high 70s or low 80s .. no humidity! ..

Thanksgiving time is waaayyy too crowded... I will tell you why ...

1. 4 day weekend that some people make longer.

2. The Christmas parade is filmed the first week of December so a lot of passholders come and stay for that taping, as well as the regular holiday guests... IF at all possible, I would come any time the week of the 11th ... those times after the parade filming but BEFORE the holiday rush is amazing... don't torture yourself the week of christmas thru new years though... not unless you are planning on being stepped on ... sorry : )

 I would love to be there during the week of the fillmed of the Christmas parades......gotta check on  the dates for that!! :)
