I personally like this sauce much better than the sweet grocery store varieties becuse this is tangy and sweet with a little cayenne thrown in.  It's easy and inexpensive to make and can be used in pita sandwiches or on grilled meats and chicken.  Hope u like it as much as I do.

        Low Carb Carolina BBQ Sauce

l C yellow salad mustard

l/2 C Splenda

3/4 C cider vinegar

2 T chili Powder

2 tsp black pepper

l/4 tsp cayenne pepper

l/2 tsp soy sauce

2 T butter or margrine

1 T smoke flavoring

Pour ingredients into a small pot and simmer till they are blended well.  Remove from heat, cool and refrigrate after using.

I sure hope u like it.  If you like the super sweet KC Masterpiece you may have to adapt this one to your taste.  The first time I made it I only made l/2 and that sure is a small amount.   It's super cheap to make which is a plus.
