Got this off of StellaStyle.com They have a forum pretty much like our group where the members add receipes. this is pretty basic and you can add whatever you like.
Dinah’s Quiche
5 to 7 eggs (5 if extra large)
1 ½ cup Heavy Cream
Salt Pepper spices to taste
Whip all this together until blended
Use a 9 inch deep dish pie pan or something close Spray with Pam. (double the recipe and use a 9x13 pan for a crowd or lots of leftovers)
Put about 2 cups of shredded cheese in the bottom of the pan.
Add whatever you like to the quiche. I’ve used sausage and mushrooms, leftover steamed broccoli (although Ross said it was weird to eat broccoli for breakfast!!) Crumbled bacon, Pepperoni, or anything else you like. I usually use about a cup to a cup and a half of “extras”
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Reduce to 325 and bake for 30-45 minutes until it’s set.
Very low carb, and absolutely DELICIOUS!! It re-heats real well in the microwave too, considering it’s eggs.
