If you are not advertising your opportunity there...what the heck is wrong with you?!
You can share, bump, and comment on other business owners' posts. The search engines LOVE IBOToolbox. I went from 14 hits per day average to around 200.
You also advertise for free. You earn credits by doing certain things. Blogging, for instance, is 20 credits per post. Every comment you make on another blog is 2 credits. When you sign up and complete your profile, you get 100 credits. You use the credits to advertise. 100 credits = 500 impressions. You write the ad or use your banner and you tell it WHERE on IBOToolbox you want it to show up.
