So, Tyler was born Aug 14th, but was due Nov 9th.  I'm not any good at the adjusted age thing.  Anyway, he is just starting to smile and rollover.  With touch my face, but doesn't really reach for anything else yet.  Everyone is asking me what to get him.  We definitely dont need anymore clothes, and I'm not sure what toys he will be playing with when.  What should I tell everyone?

The easiest way to figure adjusted age is this. Figure how many weeks premature the baby is. For instance my DS was born Nov 19 2008, he was due 13 weeks later on Feb 16 2009. So when he turned one year old he was only 8 months 3 weeks old, 13 weeks younger.

Toys, if he was due the 9th, he is just over 2 weeks old adjusted. So things you can get are toys that a 3-6 month old would like. If you want to get toys that will last longer then a rattle (which rattles are wonderful for them but have a short life),  get wooden blocks, peg puzzles, the touch and see books with real animals. He might not be into them now, but he will be.

With my LO he loves anything that has lights and music.
