How much emotion I still carry from dd's NICU days. Tomorrow ( well pretty much today) is the third anniversary of when we brought her home. After 58 long scary days ( and only days before the doctors had no guess on when we could bring her home) it was a joyous day and yet I've spent the evening pouring over her NICU album with tears of thankfulness and love.
I love you Bekah <3

Aww, she's beautiful! I sort of hate thinking about NICU and my son was only there for two weeks. I always feel bad about the fact that I don't feel as though I can honestly say that the day he was born was one of the best days of my life. It wasn't. It was scary and emotional and I spent a fair amount of it crying. However, he IS one of the best things that has ever happened to me! :)

She is absolutely gorgeous! My littl girl was in for two months also, she is 6 months old now. Thanks for sharing! This is so inspiring - there is so much hardship in the nicu. It makes us stronger for them. :) what a blessing the lil nicu babies are! My preemie girls blog is www.growingsydneygrace.blogspot.com - I created it to give inspiration to nicu families :)
