Until we introduce solids my preemie had a breast milk and Neosure formula combo diet. She was only pooping every few days. She saw the pediatric GI specialist and there were no issues there. The pediatrician said to give her pear juice which worked and also told us to give her Miralax which also worked. But sometimes babies don't poop. My baby was the exact same age as yours at birth and had the same problems pooping but it all worked out just fine. Ask the pediatrician about adding some pear juice or other fruit juice to your baby's diet.
