Back when my children where born, they had no vaccine for RSV. Both contracted it, Dd at 6 months, and Ds at 6 weeks. If you live in a tropical climate, where RSV is common (like Hawaii), then get it. My Dd was so sick she wasn't getting enough oxygen and she had to be on several steriod drugs to help her lungs recover and it took years before she stopped having breathing issues and every cold turned into a bracial infection because her lungs ehre just to weak from the infection she had years before. My Ds nearly died and the same issues dd had. If I could have vaccinated them against it I would have.
