Dr. Jack Kevorkian Has Died

Dr. Jack Kevorkian passed away early Friday morning at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. Kevorkian died of pulmonary thrombosis around 2:30 a.m.
He was 83-years-old.

The retired pathologist had been hospitalized for the past few weeks..
Kevorkian was released from a Michigan prison in 2007 after serving eight years for second-degree murder. He claims to have assisted in at least 130 suicides.
