The first position we have available is a Training Specialist/Recruiter, what we do with this position is we help people to work from home for AmeriPlan. We are trained to interview people and see if this company is a good match for them.
The second position we have available is a Program Specialist and what we do with this position is we help people save money by enrolling them into one of our five plans. The first plan is our Dental plan, which includes free Vision, Prescription and Chiropractic. It is $14.95 per month for an Individual and $19.95 per month for an entire household. This covers everyone under the roof, related or not. The second plan is our Basic Wellness, which includes Vision, Prescription and our awesome 24/7 Nurse Line. This plan is only $14.95/mo for the household. Our third plan is our Total Health plan, which is basically covers all medical, dental, vision, prescription and chiropractic needs and it's only $39.95 per month for the household. We have over 400,000 health care providers on our network nationwide. Our plans are accepted at all major pharmacies including CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, your local grocery stores and all major vision centers including Pearl Vision, Lens Crafters, Sears, JCPenney and the list goes on. The fourth is our Freedom Pass plan, which is going to provide our customers with savings nationwide on everyday expenses like dining, automotive, shopping and much more. This plan is only $14.95 per month. And the fifth is our Secure Net program. It includes Legal and Financial Services, Roadside assistance, Identity Theft Protection and National Child ID. This plan is only $24.95 per month. All five of our plans are something that people TRULY need so we can reach out and help this country on many levels!!
With these positions, we don't do any cold calling or telemarketing. And, we are definitely not high-pressured sales people. Basically what we are doing is responding to people's requests and educating them on what we have to offer and if it is a good fit for them and their family, great! If not, we just move on. There are a lot of different ways to do these positions. Some work locally by putting out flyers and brochures around town around town. Some people love to work with small businesses or big groups that do not already offer benefits to their employees. There are a ton of ways to do it locally and we'll show you how to do that. Then there are some who work strictly on the internet, like I do, using internet advertising, or leads, which are people who have requested information about our programs or about working from home for us and then I just give them a call and let them know about what we are offering. Either way is fine and you can certainly do a little of both.
We do train you to master these positions. We have an AWESOME training program. We have a training website which has the eight steps to get started. These eight steps will teach you every thing you need to know to get your business up and running and successful. We have training calls going on everyday that you can call into at your convenience to get some extra training. Our training is very thorough, but we don't just sign you up and leave you hanging to figure it out for yourself. We truly are a team and we take a lot of pride in that. And then of course you'll have me as your personal coach as a direct contact. That's what I'm here for!
We actually get paid in two ways. We have a "Back End Residual Income" which we'll call Income A and we also have a "Front End Bonus Program" which we'll call Income B.
With Income A, you're going to receive between $9 and $30 upfront when you enroll any of the plans or help people work from home for the company. You're also going to receive residual income. And residual income is AMAZING because you keep getting paid over and over again for the work you did one time. So, you will continue to receive a portion of that same person's monthly membership month after month, year after year, which will be between $5 and $30 a month. So, our checks keep growing every month. While we may enroll 10 this month and 10 next month, then we are getting paid for twenty and so on. And five years down the road, you are still getting paid for these same people provided they are still active and you will accumulate a ton of people over time.
With income B, you can earn weekly and monthly bonus checks. This is a really awesome bonus program! With this income, you can earn really nice Front End money while you are building your back end residual income with Income A. The best part about Income B is you don't have any additional responsibilites. The same business you are putting on the books for Income A will also activate the bonuses on Income B. I will also be helping you earn some bonuses along the way.
