My son is going to be 3 in Aug. 2 weeks ago he went to my mothers house when i picked him up he had this red dot in his cheek that seemed to be a misquito bite so i didn't worry about it then he went with his dad for a week and came back it seemed alright then too.. it didnt go away but it didn't get worse.. well now it seems as if its spreading or something.. kinda reminds of me acne? but then My sister suggested ringworm.. but i checked online and it really dont look like that. I am not sure i took a couple of pictures give me your advice. Should i make an appointment?

He doesnt itch it.. That i've seen. It dont have a white head or pussy.. it looks dry.

his poor cute little face.. any medicine or advice will help... so please!

Thanks ladies! I always come to you for advice.

Yes you need to make an appointment. It looks like a Staph infection to me.

What a cutie. I'd say acne. Go see your doc. Even if it is just acne, he can point you in the right direction!

I would make an appointment with a Dr, just to be sure.

looks like the start of a boil to me.... my daughter gets one right in the top of her butt crack and thats what it starts out looking like. I would bring him in to the drs, boils leave ugly scars.

Yes. Childhood acne. There are even specialists for it!
