I need some help ladies!!

My little boy is 20 months old. He is a sweetheart don't get me wrong but when he acts up no form of disapline seems to get through to him. He simply laughs at me like everything is a game. I need some sugguestions Please

Good luck mine does the exact same thing. I think it is the age. I was talking to my husband about it we have tried time out, spankings, talkings, I am ready to start pinching to get the point across but I don't want to hurt her...:(

Same here! My dd is 17 months old and she is the same way she even shakes her head "no" at me!

You can try time outs and taking toys away! Usually a time out is one minute per age of child! And Consistancy! Good luck!

Thanks! At least I'm not the only one. He speaks very well and will tell me "no, I won't" constantly its very frustrating

 I just went though this with my little boy, he will 2 in 3 weeks.

I just had to keep using time-out and I bend down and make him look me in the eye and say in a firm voice "no don't do ...." and it has worked. Good luck momma!

My 18 month old does the exact same thing. Im sorry I cant help!
