I need a yummy recipe for stroganoff

It is the yuckiest, rainiest cool day eve, i have a bad head ache and want some comfort food, im running low on grocries till friday, i thought chicken stroganoff sounds super good, but every time i try it it never comes out, can anybody share iwth me?

ive never made strogonaff with chicken before, I alsway use beef. heres a bump for you though!

I make this recipe that I take to pot lucks.

I use a bag frozen meatballs. (You could probably substitute chicken)
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup (Maybe try cream of chicken soup for chicken)
1 can of cut up mushrooms drained
1 - 1 1/2 cans of beef stock.(depends on how thick you want the sauce. (Try Chicken broth for Chicken stroganoff)
1/4 cup of holland house red wine.(Maybe use a white cooking wine instead for chicken)

I either cook it up quick on the stove while I make noodles or I throw it all in a crockpot.
Then just before serving I add 8ounces of sour cream and heat through.

YUM!

I am looking for one too. Minus the Sour cream. DH hates sour cream.

 I make super easy stroganoff....

boil egg noodles, add 16 oz sour cream, 1 can cream of mushroom and a pound of ground turkey.  Add some spices and call it a day!  I add a little milk if it's too thick...

 i do mine this way too. but i slice up some beef, or use ground beef.
