Has anyone on here joined Weight Watchers to help lose your weight after your pregnancies?

I was on it before I was pregnant to lose weight and lost 55 lbs! It was SO easy! :-)

I used it last year and I lost 30 pounds from january to april. But I also went to the gym for an hour a day on my lunch breaks and 2 hours on saturday and sunday. Its a good program.

I did after my daughter.  Went from 227 to 182 before I quit.  I plan on doing it again after this baby.

It is the old fashion way.  It's changing your diet and promoting exercise.  At the meeting they give you new information to help you get to your goal...

i'm doing it now and lost about 12lbs the first month it works good now i just need to find time to exercise and it would come off faster!

 No my weight just fell right off. Lol. I think it was the breastfeeding :-)
