i had some blood work done last week and it came back and i guess i am vitamin B12 deficient. i had a baby about 5 months ago so could it be from being pregnant? im going to the doctor tom. but i was just wondering if anyone else had this happen? what do they usually do for it?

depending on the reason they will either have you take a b-12 supplement or give you a b-12 shot!

Not a clue. They usually do the shots from what I know though.

ive heard they have nasal spray, pills, and shots. im not sure how well the frst 2 have been working, and if they're approved by the fda, but my mom took shots weekly, then monthly, and BOY did it give her an energy rush.
