KINGMAN - A Mohave County man who spent four years in prison for robbing the same bank twice is going back to prison for 10 years for robbing the bank a third time.

The Kingman Daily Miner reports 28-year-old Keith B. Coggins was 19 when he robbed the Stockmen's Bank in Golden Valley twice within a three-week period in early 2001.

Coggins pleaded guilty to both robberies and was sentenced to five years in prison. He was released in 2005.

Authorities say Coggins returned to the same location in January and made off with more than $46,000.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies captured Coggins within an hour of the robbery and recovered the stolen cash.

Coggins pleaded guilty last week to felony charges of robbery, theft and unlawful flight in a plea deal reached with prosecutors.

Woman falls a sleep in drive thru

HUDSON, Fla. -- A Tampa Bay-area woman faces several charges after authorities say she passed out while she and three children waited at a Burger King drive-thru.

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office reports that employees called authorities Tuesday night after watching 27-year-old April A. Musson fall asleep in her car. Children -- ages 1, 3 and 5 -- were also in the vehicle.

The sheriff's office says deputies found an oxycodone pill and marijuana on Musson, and she told them she had smoked marijuana earlier that day. Musson was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, child abuse, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. She was being held on $7,150 bail.

The children were turned over to their father.

Man Glued to toilet seat

ELKTON, Md. -- Elkton police say a man became stuck to a department store toilet seat after someone spread glue on it.

It happened at the Walmart in Elkton. Officials refused to say how long the man was stuck before he was able to get help.

Police say emergency workers removed the seat from the toilet and took the man out with seat still attached to him. The seat was removed at the emergency room at Union Hospital.

Police say the incident is a second-degree assault case that may have been a random prank.

And the winner is!

Man steals car, asks police for help with gas!

WEST FARGO, N.D. -- An Indiana man was arrested after he allegedly showed up at a North Dakota police station in a stolen car looking for help to buy gas.

West Fargo Assistant Chief Mike Reitan tells The Forum that the 19-year-old man from Charlestown, Ind., showed up at the station Monday morning asking for a gas voucher. Police work with a local charity to provide such vouchers to people in emergencies.

Reitan says the man told police he was trying to get to Wisconsin to attend a funeral. When the car he was driving turned out to be registered to a Dickinson convenience store, West Fargo authorities checked and discovered the vehicle had been stolen.

Reitan says that put an end to the gas voucher discussion. Officers took the man to jail.
