My first day doing Supreme 90 day

I did Arms/back last night.. First off, I couldn't do many of the balance ball moves(had to use the alternate moves offered)..Now it could be because my ball was new(I had just opened it)and oily(like actually oily..why?!?!)so I kept sliding off..(yes I was all oily at the end of the work out!!)

But, the actual exercises(with the exception of the ball)seemed REALLY easy and the workout seemed short and I was left thinking, "that's it??"

However, today I am sore!!!(not to sore)and I haven't been sore since my first week of the shred.. So I obviously worked some thing that hasn't been worked before!

Not planning to do a day to day update..Just wanted to share this!

Tonight I do the Ultimate Ball DVD... Pray for me!! LOL

I've done all the levels on Ripped in 30.. I wasn't impressed..So.I moved on to this... According to reviews it's basically a knock off p90x..

I'm still doing Jillian. I'm on lvl 3 and it's hard, but I feel like I'm not pushing myself. I used to work out a lot and very hard. I'm thinking may e I'll start doing lvl 1 and lvl 3 back to back.

Good luck with supreme 90. You should do the photo journal again!!
