Ok my mom was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer about a month ago. She had a radical hysterectomy. We found out that they got all the cancer so here are my questions:

1. Does this make her a survivor?

2. If the answer to #1 is yes I want to get a tattoo in her honor....what you think of this idea (minus the black outline)

I dunno if it counts. My mom had cervical cancer to and I was a few steps from it, but there was never any radiation or anything... if it would make you feel good though do it. :)

The way I look at it, if someone is actually diagnosed with the cancer and they were able to get it all removed it, they survived it.
