CARBS! I keep eating everything unhealthy for me and nothing with a lot of veggies. It definitely helps me not get nauseated but it sucks for my overall health. I am taking my prenatal vitamins everyday, but I know that's not enough. Anyone else slack on healthy eating during their pregnancy?

I tell you with all the "he said she said" on what to eat you almost feel like your diet will never live up to the proper standards. Eat as healthy as your can, through some veggies n whole grain n there and the rest don't worry about. I was finding myself more consumed in what to eat instead enjoying my pregnancy!
