If you could go back to school right now what would you want to go for? My dh brought up about how he would like to put me through college but he said he wouldn't until I know what I want to go for I'm just a bit undecided

If I could go back I'd go to pastry school.

I have a BA in Sociology Research and Political Science.

See I was thinking about doing accounting because I took accounting classes in high school and I remember some of the things from there it would just be a matter of how to do it and manage my 2 year old at the same time I'd like to do it at home online but my 2 year old is learning so much right now that I need to focus my attention on her

I would get a degree in psychology. :) I have my BS in signed language interpreting, might go for a masters in that, but there's only 3 schools in the US that offer it...

1 mom liked this
I took accounting in high school- loved it. Took a college accounting class and hated it. I did mine online so I didn't understand crap. :( I'm in college right now and flip flop from social work to teaching.

I understand. I've taken all of my classes online. If it's something you are interested in, then you should be fine. I thought I would like accounting but when I took the class it wasn't interesting to me and I just did it but didn't "get it". I'm a SAHM to a 5 yr old and a 1 yr old and that's why I've taken all my classes online. Sometime soon I'm going to have to take in class classes. Some schools offer babysitting- but that's $$. Most schools do offer different time schedules to accomodate everyone. Thankfully I have family that lives around me so I don't have to only depend on S/O because he works shift work. Good luck. I've heard though that the average college student changes their major 3 or 4 times.

See I wouldn't be able to do that with my local college because one they don't offer daycare and two dh works 15 hrs a day and only gets home around 930 at night sucks big time guess I should put deep thought into it
