Is this normal?

Whenever my daughter wakes up in the morning screaming her head off, I instantly go from cool and relaxed to warm, and tensed up! My chest feels tight, arms hurt, feel warm, it's only when she's crying though, if I step outside for a min or so, I'm okay again. I've been to the dr and they say my health is okay. Anyone else feel like this??

I have before. It's probably stress/anxiety. I think a lot of people tense up when they hear a child crying.

I think its where your relaxed and sleeping then instantly woke up to a loud cry... when I'm instantly woke up to anything I feel like that.
