My DD7 made some sort of "Flubber" at school and it ended up in her hair like this:

She says it has soap and borax and she can't remember what else. It's not sticky but it stuck in her hair! I tried oil and just combing.

My mom says ice to freeze it or acetone/nail polish remover. Good Luck!

Try washing it with shampoo and lots of conditioner and while it's still wet spray detangling spray through it and try to comb it out. Johnson's detangling spray is the best.
