Paraguard that is. Does anyone have any experience with it. I would like to use it because I really prefer a non-hormonal birth control.

There is a small chance of that happening , but i don't know the numbers. sounds like you need to do some more research.

It's possible that it can penetrate the uterus or implant itself in the uterus. It's not supposed to though and not very common as far as I know.

I know the side effects listing said there is a small chance that it could happen. I have Paraguard implanted now since about 2-3 weeks ago...the only thing I don't like is I feel it in there and sometimes it feels like it rubs around but I don't think that is the case because my mother told me it is foreign and a different feeling.

It has side effects, just as everything does. Everyone will react differently. Some people will reject it, some people will love it, and some people will hate it. I have had mine 4 months and I love mine.
