Ok ladies! How did last week go? Did you get your water in every day and 3 workouts in? How much did you lose?? Who gets bragging rights this week?
Any issues? How are you feeling about a healthier lifestyle?
Week 2 Challenges:
Diet - take you weakness out of your diet this week! Whether its chips, chocolate, pop...whatever. Eliminate it this week.
Exercise - still on the easy side. Bump up that exercise one day. So 4, 20 minute workouts!

I did great with my water and my workouts.
I however didn't do great with my eating. I had 5 days I was under my calorie limit, but didn't eat all that great, so I only lost 2.4 pounds (.99% of my total weight). :( I am only sad because at my size I should have lost much much more. I can make a thousand excuses, but I will just vow to do better this week. :)
I was 196 last week. AF came on Friday but I'm down to 193.8. I did pretty well with eating and drinking water. I didn't eat great yesterday though but I'm back on the wagon today. My goal for next Sunday is to be at least 189.
I'm with you on that one. My intentions were good but it turned out terrible...
