God was looking out for me tonight! I'm still shaking!

After work, I was on my way to pick up my dd from my parents house. I was going 70 mph on the freeway, when all of a sudden my car jerked and started slowing down. I was right by the exit and a grocery store right off the exit. Pulled in and my car was making this awful noise and a man came running.

My front passenger tire was completely shredded. He said he's never seen a tire that shred before. That I was insanely lucky that I didn't total my car cause I was on the freeway. So my dad came out and they put my spare on.

So God must have been watching out for me tonight!

I had the same thing happen once! I pulled of the nearest exit, and loa and behold, there was a Les Schwab! thank god! Glad your ok girl!

Scary. And I totally know the feeling. I've had a tire come off the car going about 65 with a car coming at me. I hyperventilated for like ten mins after I got out of the car. Glad youre ok.
