Dh texted me a pic of the accident he witnessed this AM on the way to class.(i cant upload from my phone but if someone wants me to text it to u and post it for me i can) while driving to class he witnessed an 18 wheeler run a women off the road.she had to swerve into the guard rail flipping her car 3 times in the air and smashed into the ground rolling/flipping to a stop.dh pulled over (the car was upside down) and pried the door open.helped the women to stay calm while help arrived.the 18 wheeler stopped then took off. a cop pulled up right after dh.dh described the truck and the cop took off after him. her leg was broken.but shes ok. thank god there was no kids in the car. dh is hellishly bent on becoming a cop now!(even more than before) he was late to class but for a good reason! accidents always seem to fallow him.i think god has a greater plan for him.

That's scarey!!
There was a crash last week by us that killed a father and his 3yr old who wasn't in a seat belt after he crossed the lane..
I was never one to put on a seat belt but when I was first dating DH that was a rule in his car so it kinda just became a habit now..

Wow!! If your hubby can stay calm in that situation maybe he is meant for that type of thing!

i agree!
wearing a seatbelt saved my life once (it's a long story), so i'm a strong advocate for them!

Wow! That's scary!!! I always wear a seatbelt no matter what. I always have to remind df to put his on though. Everytime i do he goes "thanks mom" in a snarky voice but he does it!
