So, a friend of my mom's is a real estate agent. She told her about a condo for $80k close to her house. I did an estimate, and thought it *might* be less a month than we pay in rent.
For shits and giggles we met with her. And omg... It is! We'd save SO much money and we'd OWN it!! And its beautiful. We're going to view it in a day or two, then see if we can get approved for the loan.
My fingers are crossed!!!
