*if* we get this condo- WITH a washer/drier I'd like to make the switch. B is currently wearing size 3 disposable.
Sunbabydiapers.com you can get 12 for $60 or 24 for $108.
I am ordering from both sites as soon as my bf says we have the cash
Sunbabydiapers your baby will be in a size 2. Ds is in size 3s and I've contacted the owner to make sure size 2 is what I needed for him
We got our prefolds, flats, and covers all from Walmart. But we also looked at clothdiapers.com and liked their prices. If I remember right they went by weight. You'll want to get a mini shower that goes on the toilet makes cleaning the dirty off way easier. I prefer a wet bucket over dry bucket method but we wash daily so the smell never becomes a problem. From my experience we use about 3 times more cloth diapers than we did disposables so that could help you figure out how many to purchase. When my oldest was a newborn we had fitted diapers which if you can afford that option they are just like disposable so they are really easy to change. But even the prefolds aren't hard to learn we've been using them about a month and I can change a diaper almost as fast as I changed disposables.
I use mostly BumGenius brand, the 3.0's that are adjustable a d grow with them. I have about 25 diapers. They're about $15 each.
We got ours from EBAY. Look up babyland diapers, they are awesome. We have been cloth diapering for a year and a half, and only had to get rid of one.
Were clothing from the start with this baby and well do prefolds, covers, ai2s and pockets in newborn size.
I joined cuties with cloth booties when I started and.they are great
I also found a sprayer unneeded. wet storages for them can actually ruin todayd diapers as well as pose a risk for drowning. And when researching, I discovered that the cheap stuff you can buy at Walmart and.such just doesn't hold up or absorb as well as others. Prefolds from cottonbabies.com are great and inexpensive.
Quoting MamaPeanut:
I order from Diapers.com or Cotton Babies.
