Time them and see how far apart they are.

Drink some water..lay on your left side. Time them..if they are less than ten min apart for more than an hr..any leaking/blood you might be in labor..call your dr if any of that is happening.

Just keep an eye on it and if they get close together i'd call your dr and if there is no "afterhours" then just go in.  And by close I mean like 10 minutes or so.  If they stay the same then try relaxing; lay down and see if they stop.  If they do its not labor.  Good luck!

Try running a warm bath, hydrating yourself and just watch to see what they do- if they get worse and closer together, then it's probably time to call the doctor, if not, then just wait it out a bit more.

Good luck!

That's exactly how my braxton hicks were..very painful..definitely drink lots of water and lay down.sometimes even walking helped me..if they're evenly spaced and you feel like youre gonna crap yourself go to the hospital
