I'm currently ending week two.
It's super extreme, but I love it. I have started twice before (*hangs head*) but never finished. Now with my husband deployed I have a renewed inspiration to get in shape.
It's basically extreme cardio, I would recommend being in some basic shape before starting.
I don't do a diet affiliated with the work out, but I do vegan instead.
I've lost two pounds so far.
After this baby is born im starting off with the new p90x first!

im doing it now! my food choices are staying the same with changes in the portion size and frequency of eating. i eat 5 times a day instead of three and smaller portions. i try to fix my plate like i was fixing it for my son instead...im bad abt over doing my portions. i have done it for three weeks only 15 minutes a day so far and i have lost 6 pounds :) i feel energetic...a little sore but good :) my friend did and she lost 40 pounds!
