Moms do you feel worse if you get too much sleep or too little sleep? Ive been staying up late and sleeping until like 1 or 2 in the afternoon and Im tired by 9 or 10. But after about an hour the tiredness passes and im wide awake again. (Like a 2:30 feeling lol) When I would get up at 8 in the morning I could feel great up until about 12- midnight. Am I just one of those people that need less sleep to function? Anyone else like this?
