Moms do you feel worse if you get too much sleep or too little sleep? Ive been staying up late and sleeping until like 1 or 2 in the afternoon and Im tired by 9 or 10. But after about an hour the tiredness passes and im wide awake again. (Like a 2:30 feeling lol) When I would get up at 8 in the morning I could feel great up until about 12- midnight. Am I just one of those people that need less sleep to function? Anyone else like this?

Too much sleep can be just as bad as not enough. Your body needs to get up and get the blood flowing so your brain can function better.

If I sleep 6 hours uninterrupted I feel super tired all day and get nothing accomplished but if I get 6 hours of interrupted sleep, waking up 3 or more times I feel refreshed. I function better on less sleep than I do more.

Oh gosh! If I woke up at 1 or 2 I would feel terrible!! I guess I do better with less sleep!
