I Want to Set a Better Eating Example for my son Now so any recipes?
The more and more I watch my son reach for our food, I realize that I don't want him eating the same junk we are. I've been slowly making a switch over to more healthier foods and such, which means more fruits and veggies for my SO and I. His ped gave us the OK at our last visit to slowly start transitioning him to solids and so far we've found he prefers sweet potatoes.
So, I'm curious how you mamas make some healthy dishes. :D I'm always game to trying new stuff. I don't want my son to be a picky eater when he gets older so I want to show him that if I eat the same things then he'll follow my example.
So, if you guys have any recipes, it'd be greatly appreciated! I LOVE LOVE LOVE cooking so I really do need some new stuff :3
